Once we receive replacement parts, the repairs only takes a few minutes to hours. Repairs are handled in a first come first serve fashion. ITS strives to only use high quality replacement parts and not cheap, knock-off, low quality parts that will only fail in a short amount of time.

While we do offer on-site and remote support services, these are generally used for more routine repairs and check-ups. More major services such as virus and malware removal, OS repairs and hardware upgrades require more time and more controlled procedures in controlled environments.
Sometimes upgrading to a new computer system is the best option for you. But there’s a good chance if it’s somewhat new, replacing the broken component(s) could end up saving you more money than outright buying a new computer.
