Once we receive replacement parts, repairs can take as little as a few minutes while others may take hours. Repairs are handled in a first come first serve fashion. ITS LLC strives to only use high quality replacement parts and not cheap, knock-off, low quality parts that will fail in a short amount of time.

While we do offer on-site and remote support services, these are generally used for more routine repairs and check-ups. More major services such as virus and malware removal, OS repairs and hardware upgrades require more time and more controlled procedures in controlled environments.
